LIVE LOOK FEEL 40 – Glute/Butt Workout


Here are some GREAT workout ideas to get a more toned, tight, and round butt. Do anywhere from 6-12 repetitions and at least 2 sets of each one.

As always, really focus on flexing and contracting your glute muscles and remember that heavier isn’t always better. It’s most important to really engage your muscles!
