Glutes & Abs workout:
– Warm up: banded side walks (3 x 20) with banded kickbacks (3 x 12 each leg)
– Banded hip thrusts: 3 x 20 (10 weighted, 10 body weight with an added abduction movement at the top)
– Super set: cable kickbacks (3 x 12 each leg) with cable side kicks (3 x 10 each leg)
– Cable pull-thru’s: 3 x 15
– Back extensions: 3 x 20 (10 weighted, 10 body weight)
– Hip Abductors: 3 x 20

– Leg raises: 4 x 15
– Cable crunches: 3 x 15
– TRX tri-set: tuck in’s (3 x 10), mountain climbers (3 x 20), pike up’s (3 x 10)
