Abs and Booty workout blast! No equipment! Flat belly and round booty!

This workout for abs and booty is suitable for all fitness levels and doesn’t require equipment what makes it a great way to go when you travel, train at home, or just don’t have access to gym. However, you can wear ankle weights and even a resistance band during the whole workout in order to make it more challenging! Try to do back to back each exercise then have a minute break before repeating again. Enjoy it! 🙂
