20 MINUTE MODEL AB FITNESS/WORKOUT ROUTINE!

WORKOUT:
Warm up – 10-minute jump rope (build up duration over time for beginners)

ABS – REPEAT 3X TIMES
20 x Spider plank
20 x V- Situps
20 x Bicycle crunches
20 x Plank hip dips
1-minute plank

BUTT – REPEAT EACH EXERCISE 3 X TIMES (DO EXERCISES ON EACH LEG)
15 x straight leg kickback
15 x pulses
15 x donkey kicks
15 x fire hydrants
15 x around the world

cool down and stretch
Cardio of choice and complete!
